This mop can be used as an injection on larger cuts of meat, and as a moistening agent in the foil-wrap of your BBQ. It could also serve as a marinade when injecting isn't practical, or if you're using delicate-grain meat. If you choose to marinade, you should make some small pinholes in the meat for penetration, and allow at least 3 hours in the fridge or cooler in an airtight zipper bag.
