The Captain's Outer Rim Rub (SBQ, Ep. 31)

What You Will Need:

  • 1/2-Cup Kosher Salt
  • 4 Tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. White Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  • 4 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1.5 tsp. Cumin
  • 1.5 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
